If you have our catalog and would like to place an order you will need the following information:
Company name (or your name) and an address for shipment. The hat style you would like, the color you would like and the head size you will need. The 1999 price list will provide you with the available colors and sizes for each style. Do you want to order the hat as shown in the catalog? If you want something special it would be better to talk, to get all questions answered before any work is started. A phone/fax number or email address would then be necessary . Lastly a method of payment will complete the order.
